Minty Fresh Chocolate Smoothie

• 1 Banana (Frozen Preferred)

• 1 cup Mint

• 2 cup Spinach

• 3 Dates

• 1 cup Almond Milk

• 1 Packet of Fermalife

• 5-10 Ice cubes or as needed


Soak dates in water to soften before blending. Once soft, blend with with packet of fermalife for about 5 seconds. Add mint, spinach, bananas, almond milk and ice cubes until desired consistency. If too thick, add more almond milk. Enjoy!
