•2 cups Rolled oats
•2 cups milk…plant or dairy
•2 cups mixed berries
•1 cup vanilla yogurt … plant or dairy
•4 T. Chia seeds
•4 T. Maple syrup … or agave or honey
•2 T. Cacao powder
•2 packets Fermalife Natural Cocoa
•1 tsp. Cinnamon
•1/4 tsp. Salt
1. Add oats and milk to bowl, stir well.
2. Add remaining ingredients except berries to bowl, stirring after each addition.
3. Add berries to bottoms of 4 mason jars.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of oat mixture in each jar.
5. Add a layer of of berries on top of the oats mixture.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of oat mixture in each jar.
7. Top each jar with a few more berries.
8. Seal jars and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
9. Wake up and breakfast is done!
