• 1/2 Avocado

• 1 ½ cup Almond Milk

• 1 Whole Banana (Frozen Preferred)

• 5 to 10 Ice Cubes

• 1 Packet of Fermalife


Once all of the ingredients have all been prepared, you are ready to blend all the quality ingredients into a delicious morning or evening treat to better your mood, aid your digestion and improve your energy. Store in a mason jar for any leftover smoothie.
