Frequently Asked Questions
#1) My cart is over $70 with tax, am I still eligible for the reimbursement?
Yes, you are still eligible to receive a reimbursement. However, please keep in mind that the maximum amount we will send is $140 in the form of an Amazon Gift Card. For example, if you spent $80, the reimbursement will still be $140, not $160.
#2) How many items can I purchase?
You can purchase as many items as you like, but please keep in mind that we will only be reimbursing up to $70 with tax.
#3) What if some items are marked as unavailable on Amazon?
This means that the item is automatically ineligible as it cannot be purchased.
#4) What does it mean when it says "Needs X, Has X"?
This shows how many units of an item are still needed. For example, if it says “Needs 30, Has 1,” it means 1 unit has been purchased, and 29 are still needed. Once the “Has” number matches the “Needs” number (e.g., “Needs 30, Has 30”), the item is fully funded and no longer eligible for purchase. Please avoid purchasing items that are already fully covered, even if they still appear on the list; it just means Amazon hasn’t refreshed the list yet.
